Murray’s Cheese just sent a list of their fall classes and they all look fabulous. The only difficulty is deciding which ones, especially now that they’ve added chocolate and beer to the curriculum. Murray’s classes would make a wonderful date activity as well… as long as you’re not dating a lactose-intolerant anorexic tee-totaler.

The Green Table in Chelsea Market, Mary Cleaver’s catering/take-out/restaurant treasure, is expanding the restaurant hours to Monday-Saturday Noon til 9pm, making it a viable dinner option. They also serve up great take-out lunch boxes Mon-Fri that meet every nutritional and buzzword requirement (organic! seasonal! local! sustainable! …the musical is unfolding in my head right now.) Even when I’m traveling out of take-out radius, I still open the daily menu emails, since they read like gourmet poetry.
